Sarankar LMS ("Sarankar", "we", "us") provides hands-on courses, code labs, and learning resources at this site. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from learners and how we use, store, and protect it.

From Google Sign-In: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from your Google account. We only request Google's default sign-in scopes and do not request access to your Google Drive, Contacts, or other Google services.

Learner profile: you may optionally add a display name, phone number, and bio to your learner profile, which is stored against your account email.

Course activity: we record your course enrollments and topic completion progress so you can track your learning and resume where you left off.

Session cookies: we set a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your signed-in session
• Provide access to courses you are enrolled in and track your learning progress
• Display your profile within the platform
• Respond to support requests sent to us

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a MongoDB database and the application is hosted on Google Cloud Run. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing learning@sarankar.com.

Children's Privacy

Sarankar LMS is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your learner profile information at any time from your profile page, or by contacting us at the email address above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
